Meet London Grill Executive Chef Serge Selbe
The London Grill restaurant, located on the lower level of The Benson Hotel, is now under the direction of Serge Selbe, Executive Chef and Director of Culinary Operations.
Chef Selbe was born in Laos and spent his formative years in Southeast Asia, later moving to Aix-en-Provence in the south of France and finalized his formal hotel culinary training at the prestigious “Centre International de Gilon” in Montreux Switzerland.
The London Grill features fresh seafood, prime steaks and locally grown products. This Portland restaurant offers a memorable culinary experience for breakfast, lunch, dinner or Portland’s finest Sunday Brunch.
